The bikes should arrive with the original guard already fitted and for the dealer to replace. Can't see any reason why they should be removed beforehand, the guys at Kawasaki Australia won't be in any hurry to volunteer for it I'm sure! I orded ninja 250 mid may they told me up to 2 months you will be waiting for went in today to see how much longer they said not until sometime in july and I only just got my bike license so I want to ride now not in 2 months. bullshit
