Yeah, seems its true. This really burns me up.

You can pillion, then you can't, then you can, then you can't, then you can again. What kind of bullshit law exists that you get rights given and taken from you? Apparently this one.

wait a mo colette..

before i get even more bamboozled, do ya mean:

under 30 rider on P's = no pillion allowed
U30 rider just off P's = pillion allowed

over 30 on "P" but classified as full licence = no pillion
over 30 on FULL unrestricted = pillion permitted

if yes to the above.. then all's cool, just your comment didnt quite make sense to me.

Motorcycle laws are different from state to state.

I wish we had the 600cc limit on P plates like sydney. would be so much better.
