It says I have 2 posts but I cant find them..anyway had better introduce myself...old fart accountant...rides gixxer (sorry about that) mate introduced me (he rides kawasaki) love my bike would not trade it for anything..love track days even though i'm the slowest bike on the track...can only improve...cant blame the bike its all me thats slow...too old to kill myself...hope to be out at oran park good friday..weather permitting...anyway thats me

I have a gixxer K1 front end on my little zeddy if it makes you feel any better & old mate Jet pilot is on here with Kawa & a suzy, but we will keep working on turning him back

Is your mate a member on KSRC?

Gday Finplan and welcome to the klub.
What type of Gixxer mate?
Dont worry about the shit your goin to get.... you get used to it. Then it slows down.
I started here on a GSXR1000 K3 then bought an 03 ZX9r.

But I STILL have my 2000 GSXR 600 track bike.... that kicks ass.

Im thinking of upgrading to a k3 1000 track bike at the end of the year....just to keep the 10s in line.

my ride is a GSXR 750 1993...old like me....plan to do it up and my son will race it in the new era class in pcra or East coast.
I was going to do it myself but after last ride day have chickened out...cant match the speed for too long...self preservation kicks in.....anyway the plan was to race this year but east coast is off till 09....also having trouble getting race glass for the bike...if anyone knows where i can get a set let me know...i have tried heaps of manufacturers.

just buy a 10, then you wont have to try so hard
