lost in where pits is

guys just wondering where the pits and rw is so wanting to get up there have a look one day, just how do u get there and how long does it take :)

G'day - Old Pacific H'way @ Cowan - right hand side going North ;)
I've spent over 40 years of my life riding bikes .... the rest of it, I wasted ..

Hi Mate, it on the old pacific hwy, not far north or hornsby at Cowan....worth the ride mate !! :D

so to get there u go past the f3 entry go straight and follow the signs to hornsby then oph right

well.. sort of.

to save a bit of time, give the traffic lights thru hornsby a miss and just get on the F3 at wahroonga, take the 2nd exit at berowra, this'll get you a lot closer to the start of the OPH proper. if you're still on the F3 and you come to a pair of two bridges over a big creek, you've gone too far...

oh, word of warning for you - obviously you've never been up that way so just keep to the speed limit if you can... the donut eating boys in blue are somewhat trigger happy up that way.

so get on the f3 and keep going until the berowa exit get off there

well that was before i found out you're a learner... might be an idea to just go through hornsby, you'd have a queue of cages and trucks behind you on the freeway and you might get run over.

how long it takes to get there is up to you, generally no more than 15 mins from berowra mobil.
from strathfield, i'd say an hour at least if it's quiet.

ok thx for the help guys, don't like the sound of getting run down by cars and trucks on the freeway :lol:
