Yep, all they do is collect a hidden tax ! 
I've spent over 40 years of my life riding bikes .... the rest of it, I wasted ..
If it's got wheels or tits, it's gonna give you trouble !

I'm sure if they took the 100 odd traffic coppers off the road they'd have all those crimes sorted out.
