Hmm 9000ks and it unregistered , sounds like he wasn't into riding it too much . Possibly opened the throttle once and found out what happens

Now the genuine imported Kawasaki ECU. Would that possibly be the one that came with the bike.
and the full Akra system???? Mmmm unless I'm very much mistaken and that is quite possible, heaven knows sometimes it happens
the bit in front of the slip on is the stocker with the exhaust valve etc etc.

It's like the fuckwits selling 250cc two stroke production racers and calling them "perfect learner bike". It is possible to learn on anything, but it sure as hell doesn't make it a good choice. I've been riding a TZR250 to work and I certainly wouldn't call it a perfect learner bike.
