I had to send the poor git a message letting him know the bike is rooted and that it'll never pass inspection anywhere. Haven't heard back from him yet so he might still be crying into his coffee somewhere. Anybody that buys that minefield of machinery in that state thinking it will be ok deserves to own it!

Have you looked at his ebay name? Probably got that way through getting fleeced all the time....
