I actually quite like it :D . I'd satin black the wheels though, I think there is just a bit too much red. The flames I don't mind too much. It wouldn't stop me buying one. Sigh...maybe I've been living in the tropics too long :D

I could live with the flames, i could live with the red wheels but loose the red swing arm it looks shit house....
But flat black with red wheels would be the bees knees.

I had a look at the 08 in silver the other day. I actually liked it in the flesh. from the pics the colour looked a little washed out. But in the flesh it's actually quite classy. And there are a few deals on ZX/GTR 14's at the moment. I've seen a Demo GTR for 16k and a Demo ZXfor same. :) 8)

Yeah, your right Paul. Couldn't you get a black one when you bought yours?

I reckon a silver one, with colour coded Panniers and Top box might look OK!

That GTRs a nice bit of kit Marty, and perfectly suited to the miles you're doing. Save up your coins when your in Singapore and get one when you get home; you won't regret (unlike the propeller barge you have at the moment).

I pick the Felching Marshmallow up from the mechanics again tommorrow morning. Thankfully the dealer in Sydney wore it and it's not cost me anything for the first time in it's life! Feckin piece of shit!

I read an interesting long term report on BMW's in motorad. It had some pretty horrible things to say about them. Big failures are common to not just mine! They reported pulling one engine down and finding that the big end bearings had been put in backwards causing large loads and premature wear. Pitting on valves at 30,000k's. Valves receeding into the head and all manor of other major component failures!
