The second KR is ALIVE !!

Well after a shed load of work , the second KR trackie lives and breathes .

With help from Nikos, trackie number 2 is alive and most likely a fair bit quicker than trackie no 1!
A little more work before it's finally ready for broadford on the 1st of December but it's running and running well..

Just required eviction of a certain mouse...

First test session on team KJ's private test track proved positive, further report coming once the power valves actually do something...

Wanted to call by yesterdy to see the KR HQ but alas got waylaid at the "Epsom Tavern" and then summoned home by " 'er indoors".
The "Epsom Tav" is something to behold and only known to locals - you got another 30 years up there yet.
The swap meet was crap as we had to inspect the trailers as they went out the gate Did pick up some new tools though and a bargain basement parts washer - cause the guy needed the room on the ute to carry all his crap home

Hmmmm Gos , you must be connected to the same rumour mill that has suggested a quick green 10 will be at the creek after being imported from Mexico
But .... back on topic , this one has "S" wheels , motor and brakes . The frame is interesting as the number does not relate to a normal number and there are some interesting little differences to a normal KR-1 frame , like a brace that is full section of the frame , and a steering dampner mount and bobbin points on the swinger .
I have sharpened the transfer ports also and have a set of S pipes with carbon cans that sound
Have a fresh set of Dunlop alpha 10s , a 150 rear with an new 06 R6 shock .
Have arranged for our version of "the Stig" to be on hand at Broady too AND he has leathers !!!!

Love the first Pic bike test with extreme squidness... the boots were just a form of just showing off & if the bike can be naked then why not the rider
