I'm due for a set of tyres on the 12 and after reading this I'm thinking of giving them a try. What's a set normally cost??

 I finally got a set of these babies fitted last week..............and all I can say is PHWOAR they feel so good. Have not had a chance to go for a real good scratch yet, so the elephants are safe..............for now..........

The steering feels *way good*, easy tip-in and very stable, got a toe down the other morning , on one of the local roundabouts.......I gotta stop doing that shit on the way to work..... :P

My old mate tyre-fitter is a good boy - set them up at 40r36f without even asking ! He reckons the standard 'recommended' pressure is 42 f + r !! brrrr, way to hard in the front for my liking.

Ross79 - give them a nudge, I am sure you will like them.

Don't expect them to grip like 002's!!! They are a mint road tyre, but you will find they are a little vague on the limit compared to race compound tyres. They also will grease up after 4 or 5 laps, rather than 7 or 8 with the race comp tyres. they will however last a tad longer on the road!! Oh, and regardless of what some will say, they work even better with tyre warmers on!!!! ;)

There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?

Yep its sure lots of fun killing elephants, the rear is easy but the front one requires a bit more effort ;) He still has his legs on mine but the rest of him is dead and dusted

well I have to say after a decent thrash out in the mountains yesterday, I am very happy with these.

Tyre dude set them up just right (36F 41R) for the MFP12. Apparently the recommended pressure is 42F+R ?? fuck that, way too hard for a front tyre I reckon.

These are a great tyre if you like giving it the berries. Get some. Get some now.
