Yeah, you can probably adjust the beam angle a little but the reflector is fixed and points the RHS beam quite high. To answer the question on twin light, its actually a mod that I got off a friend that I met on a CBR forum.
Its a relay that hooks your low beam to your high beam, and a little box, that you can control the amount of power to go to the high beam. It will never be the same amount of light on both sides, as both the globes and mirrors are different, but you can get it 80-90% similar.
