Far canal man you change bikes more often than most ppl change their socks... not that you've changed yet but..
A good mate will bail you out of jail, a true mate will be sitting in the cell next to you saying "Damn, we fucked up!!!"

Re: Test ride tomorrow..
Rode one. Nice. In the tradition of Ducati - compromises galore, mostly to do with the rider having to fit the bike, rather than the other way around. My bottom line? Unless you are a Ducatisi, it's not worth the dollars.
Fun though...
Fun though...

Paul
am interested in what u think
hope you find it better than the 916 I rode when they first were released.
Like Billz, uncompromising with no thought for the rider, stonking engine
and no (read rockhard) suspension
cheers

Re: Test ride tomorrow..
Well test ride complete.. Looks good, accelerates from a standing start very well and handles beautifully.. BUT.....
Give me my ZX14 any day of the week.
As you can see i wasnt really excited by it all. As Neka said it was fun to ride someone elses bike..

What was the comfort factor like? I know a lot of people say they are uncomfortable, i rode the 749 and that was bad.
Neka's right have fun then hand it back

Re: Test ride tomorrow..
Comfort was pretty good for the style of bike. I am 6'1' and on the wrong side of 100kg and found it not to bad. Only issue was the lack of seat, i thought i was sitting on a milk crate..
