93-95 ZXR750L Fuel Line issue

Post by Bionic »

Hey Need a bit of help

Really having issues with the fuel lines that go from the fuel tank to the fuel tap.
They run on such stupid angles Im finding that they are alwaysgetting pierced by the hose barbs on the bottom of the tank causing a nice amount of fuel to go pooring over the motor
And that is using the prebent standard lines..

Has anyone figured out a better way of routing these lines?

i had the same issue there's a few ways round this switch the lines round till u find a path tht wrks or go braided as i have... But there isnt alot of space 2 play with so find a way tht A. it doesnt cut off or through ur lines n B can be easily removed. oh and remove ur lil rubber boot 2 get more room..
Pops the clutch n falls off haha!!
