Howdy all, I just brought a 1992 GPX250

Im happy with the bike as a learners bike. I pick it up on the weekend. Its a 1992 model with 33,xxxkms on the clock and is in very good condition except for a dent in the top of the petrol tank which isnt noticeable unless your looking from the top.

The only thing im not happy about is the exhaust pipes. I think they look hideous. What alternatives are there for replacing them and where can I source these? Im not looking for a full exhaust system but just the pipes.

nice looking GPX...

Two Brothers and Muzzy make aftermarket pipes for GPX, but it aint worth the money given it is only 250cc!

Happy riding :)

Welcome. Vic Motorcycle Wreckers will have some standard exhausts for that, but they can be pricey.

Welcome. I'd save the money (unless you get a cheap zorst) for a 600 when your off your Learners unless you're going to keep the bike for a while.
