I just bought a tom tom one from dick smith, it was on special for $450, you pay $500 and send original copy of reciept and get $50 cash back don't know if special is stil on

I heard Navman is not very good so far no trouble with tom tom one and is very clear and basic you don't need a big screen, if you do dicide to get one make sure its a tom tom one not just the tom tom, thats the dicontinued one

Good luck

I've got a navman, icn520
It went to victoria on the bike with me, and I use it all the time with my ute, even though i know where I's going I use it so I know where the road goes, makes overtaking easier and i use it to keep track of how far to fuel etc.

I'd say it's done about 30,000km now, 6500 on bike, rest in the car, and I think it's fantastic, it locks up every now and then, but once reset, away it goes :D
Large easy to read screen too :)

My Mio is the 136, works great but when i bought it, it was $799  .

Just make sure it has the latest maps you can get

The prices now are cheap and it's half yearly clearance time as well so there are deals to be had.
