Could be, cause the one I bought wasn't and cost $12, but was in alum, not painted...
They painted ones (non scratched) were $18 I believe...
and Neka... its the same pic...
I would also suggest that the first one is not billet. Billet is machining out of a solid piece of alum. These are cut out of flat sheet and pressed to shape..

Could be also that the Rrated shop bought them prior to the dollar being better than it is now,hence the fact that it apears dearer.
I currently have suppliers at work trying to re-negotiate the dollar rate for when their products arrive. Unlike us if the dollar is stonger we get cheaper pricing buying from the US, but that is on each item. They probably bought them 3mths ago at a rate of .74 not the .83. Dosent sond that bad but when it's $3mil, kinda makes it a big deal.
But apart from that i would say that the Billet factor is the main reason
