who uses Mr Sheen to clean their bike?

Post by rocco »

Hey,

was in Sydney on Tuesday and went into a bike shop. This guy was very friendly and the shop looked great. As he was wheeling the bikes out of the shop and parking them on display near the pavement he was hittin them with a coat of mr sheen and then a wipe down.

Does anyone else here use Mr Sheen?

Cheers

Not personally. I wouldnt use it as a cleaner would be pretty dodgy although good to give your ride a nice shine to it after. Silicon spray is better though pretty expensive unless you can 'borrow' it from your work like i do :D

Its great as well as giving a good shine it also prevents dust from sticking to your bike

Nup, I use Plexus. Most bike shops and autobarns's sell it. Silicon-based plastic protectant

I use it and use plexus for my screen, far to expensive for thw whole bike when Mr S does the job.

Also not for actual cleaning, just for a final once over.

never used it on the bike but use silicone spray on the car, gives all the plastics a nice deep black look, use the silicone spray on the font of the car as it helps bugs come of eaiser too, dont do the whole car in it though

Mr.Sheen contains silicon anyway.
Both are good for a shine but are a bitch to get rid of before any paint touch ups are done
