I ain't got a bad word for the cops.....the system is what pisses me off.
They're the ones who pick your sorry little arse out of the mangled mess then knock on your door to advise your mum/wife/girlfriend you aren't coming home.
Get back to giving the police the chance to caution you and not book you BUT remember 8 hrs a day watching the way fu**wits drive around isn't particularly gonna instil a need to "caution" you.
Any way up at that speed you should be paying enough attention to your surroundings to spot the police even unmarked cars have "telltale" signs
I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.

i think the no visability/no light is due to the fact that they are riding "racing bikes" :)

That is the biggest beat-up, and a shocking bit of jouranlism. No facts or statistics (atleast they didnt make em up like i've seen before) to support there one-eyed view. It's a pity that police didnt put half this energy or use of resources into preventing/attending break and enters.

Let's face it - the cops are pi$$ed off that they can't keep up with some of the bikes on the road, the journos are having a bad time finding suitable stories to justify their jobs, and the Sunday Mail is purely a tabloid now anyway.

I have no doubt that there has been 4 motorcyclists killed on the Gold Coast this year - unfortunately the writer omits the fact that the Gold Coast has more roads than the M1, and a lot of them are more favoured than the M1 for motorcyclists.
Ain't nuthin to see here..... move along

I just saw this on the news again.
I recently wrote a letter to the editor about a newspaper article on crap like this! They edited the letter so badly that it lost it's intended meaning but at least it was published so that at least one biker had her say.

'Life is short- break the rules.
Forgive quickly,
Kiss slowly,
Love truely,
Laugh uncontrollably,
And NEVER regret anything that made you smile.'
