Made the dumb choice of riding yesterday to do a couple of inspections when the prediction was for hot then maybe a storm. No storm but traffic from hell on the way back from Emerald & Glen Waverley. Warrigal Road is always hideous in peak hour but with a tow truck blocking one lane at the intersection of Warrigal & Centre Rds it was a standstill from Nth to Centre Rds. I had been splitting lanes most of the way but by the time I got to that area I was at meltdown & starting to feel more than a little distressed by the heat ... full leathers aaaagh! Couldn't stand it any longer so I pulled over onto the footpath & lay on the nature strip for half an hour. When I got home I looked like a beetroot for another hour.

Just too stupid to take the car & be comfortable with air-conditioning like any normal person would do.
