Shout outs around ..... customer service...

Post by Neka79 »

Well we're the first ones to bitch and moan when we dont get our own way, so how bout i start out by saying what a super day i had today, based mainly one 2 or 3 customer service efforts...the kinda things that dont happen very often.

Maximoto - Henrich, great bloke, great products, EXCELLENT service (and gave me the ksrc discount AND a bit more for a bulk order)... had time to chat, chased prices for me, and looked after me REAL well....

Bills- Jan. I use to work with Jan, shes lovely, after not finding what i wanted as no shops stocked it, i did a dodgy and contacted the distributor (see below) and bought my new lid... i took it in to Jan (i had to buy thru a dealer) and she basically took abt 25% off retail because "i didnt have to work for the sale- u selected it, picked it up and all i did was take ur money" ...and she spent 10min chatting as i modelled the latest "shift" jackets that she had just got in... often Bills service gets bagged, but Jan is great to deal with.

Wayne Gardner Enterprises- Don. After spending a day driving everywhere to view/try the new range of lids, and not having any success, i rang Don again (id spoken to him earlier to get an idea who to try but he didnt have any dealers as he is warehouse manager and other staff where off sick)...he let me come in and try on the lids..then went thru the rack to find the one i wanted , after telling me how far behind he was and how he was pissed that 2 guys called in sick... as he didnt want to get in shit he didnt want to sell directly to me- i have no problem with that as its not the done thing.... a quick call to Jan at Bills and we established thats who i would pay ...so he let me take the lid out, faxed her an invoice and told me of his plans to try to get to Isle of Man....

SA Dirt Bikes/Kawasaki
once again my visit to SADB was good..all the shit id ordered had arrived in time (yay) and was ready for collection..i got treated well, and a great price.... worth a look guys...
great bloke...

i must of visted 12 places today, i got great service at those 3...i got ok service at a few, ordinary service at 1, and no service (i teold em not to bother that i was fine) at a few...

so most of those guys wont read this, but if us SA members look after those who look after us, give em a call or drop in next time u need sumthing...

I've had a good experience with Ron at Balls: http://www.ballshpt.com.au

Didn't necessarily have good news but took the time to talk me through stuff so I could understand/self diagnose. Passionate about his job.
