Have had a look into this ppl & it turns out that cath might might have got a dud bag :lol: My supplier has had a look at stock this was a one off.
Hey Cath it will be replaced with a new one when we do the official run & thanks for the report :D

To add to Caths enlightning report:
The back pack has 2 sections front & back with the main section having a double zipper.
The strap is fastened by velcro & the size can be changed to suit but
a word of warning is that these bags will not be suitable for sizes above XXXL
