That's similar to what you're doing isn't it? You haven't even got off your Ls yet and you're trying to upgrade. I admit that the GPX is pretty crap in a straight line, but it can definitely be a challenge in the twisties.Daisy wrote:Thirty years out of the saddle, has a 600 for less than 2 months and thinks he wants something bigger.
Saki, the ZX250R is the CBR250RR's competition. People will pay a couple of grand more for those than a GPX250.
KTM 640LC4 Supermoto, Booya!
Not quite. He got a licence, rode (nothing over 500cc) for a little while and hasn't been on a bike from then til now. In those same 30 years I've owned several bikes, ridden others belonging to friends and employers, and the longest I've been off is 5 years. I just never owned a registered one or was able to borrow one in order to get a licence. It was something I just kept thinking I could do later.MiG wrote:That's similar to what you're doing isn't it? I like the GPX. Its a great little bike - but I'm over 6 feet tall. Its bad enough that it feels small, but people constantly pointing it out and making jokes about postie bikes is only funny for the first week.
