Yep, the H2 750 is also referred to as the 'Mach IV ', whereas the little bro H1 500 is the 'Mach III'.
They often get confused, and the smaller triples in the family had no 'Mach' number at all ...

plus they were all prefixed with an 'S', not a 'H'.
All this and more will be covered when the history of Kawasaki gets up to about 1967....

I am so glad this new forum has been set up. Not to take anything away from sportsbikes at all, as this is of course the primary focus of the site. But its always good to understand the history of KHI's bike division......
