The problem with be self employed is that if you aren't at work, you aren't earning money.

So, if you're sick, on holidays etc, you get nothing.
Easy to solve that one, don't get sick and WTF are holidays, I've gone straight through for over 12 months now without holiday and I'm employed! When you look at your slip and see all those holiday hrs totalling up makes you wanna take it all in one hit :shock:

Think to yourself, do I really want to leave this desk job?

Do I really want to work outside of an air conditioned office in the weather extremes?

Do I really want to get shitty and have to shower and clean down the minute I finish and get home?

I know we need at least 2 more employees on our team of service / install http://www.andale.com.au, If your handy on the tools and your interested I can put forward a convincing argument for you. Certainly a different career direction :drinkers: Ask yourself this though - Do you drink? Do you Smoke? if not are you willing to learn?
