What is your favourite road?
Which is why you bought a 14 and got rid of a bike that handled
Having just done it again (I hate you NSW barstards) I would have to say the Oxley and yes I have done almost all of the rest too.
You left out Mt Lindsay from Boonah to Woodenbong but...
Oh and ONL during weekdays... thats all of them I guess

Just because you CAN ride, doesn't mean you SHOULD

The run up from whittlesea to Kinglake west is nice, and is often done a few times. Once as a sighting lap, once as a warm up lap and once as....well you get the drift!Blue14 wrote:Well this might sound a little boring, but the road from kinglake to whittlesea and the road from whittlesea to wallan. Nice roads where you can sit on a good steady pace..

I like the bit from Kinglake West to Flowerdale too. the bit up over junction hill is awesome. Scary fast, but awesome!

Oh, and Mina!.........................That's the kind of response I expect from a bikeless neanderthal like yourself! Go buy a bike before Rosie dumps ya! She only goes out with him cause riding a bike gives her more opportunities at his life insurance policy!

There are really only two questions in life. 1.Which way do i go? 2.What is the lap record?

Yes sorry, should read Gt Alpine Rd not way.Maty10 wrote:Strika wrote:It was already listed mate!
There's a little confusion there, "Omeo Rd/Great Alpine Way". Now which one is it? The Great Alpine Road from Wadonga to Bairnsdale (via Omeo), or the Alpine Way from Khancoben to Berridale?!?!?

BTW, can u drop my gear off tomorrow sometime? I'm prolly doing the ride Sunday, and am off to Canberra Monday.

It means 2 things.
1. I'm going out for a ride.
2. I've made it home in 1 piece.
Anything in between has gotta be ok.
