Guys,
Going to do my first oil change after 250Kms (Yes, I know the 1st service @1000K's its done) But just my research on breaking in new motors, a new filter and mineral oil change at 250 - 300Kms has great benefit.
Anyway, bought the above mentioned oil, tried the Motul web site and it's even listed as a product?? Anyone know of this oil, it dose not mention synthetics nor mineral at all on the label, but the mechanic at midtown Kawasaki reckons it goes in every new bike at their shop, still any reasurance that this is indeed mineral oil would be appreciated.
Cheers

Interesting as I said Motul's web site has no mention of the 3000+ hi tech oil, but your link has, and it makes more sense... so thanks.

Heck, if you can afford it, change your oil as often as possible. Cant see it doing any harm.

You know what gonna be worse than the arabs jacking up the prices

When the middle east runs out of oil and the oil is to be supplied from texas. Then u'll know about prices.

When i have run in engines before i have used a non friction modified sae 30 weight oil,got it from supercheap and as i said it is non friction modified so it wouldbe suitable for a bike, just my 2c worth.
