fark off YOU idiot!!!! (LONG)

Post by hidepenny »

had the worst day of my bike riding experinece it was all my fault being NOT careful, but it did get me out of trouble too somehow!!!!

anyway here's the story, i rode to work today for the last time....as u all know i need to HTFU!!!! but i couldn't, anyway during lunch time i rode to morrabin to pickup something and rode back to the city where i work and mis-read one of the traffic lights and thought it was green and tried to go thru and BANG!!!!! ...NOT yet, i nearly hit the cars turing right and i slid my rear tyre a metre or so bad that it smoked (and it reminded me to change tyres this weekend).....and i waved my hand and apologiesed to the ppl in the cars.

life goes on until after work friday drink, i had a bit too much and decided to ride home and then BANG!!!!! breath test!!!! i tried to stop but my rear wheel slide again and gone past the police office and missed the entry point for breath testing and he shouted out "FUCK OFF U idiot".

now here's 2 situation.......first i get caught drink riding and riding on a 600CC bike with only a P plate and then i get my license suspended because i have no demerit points left

2nd and this is what actually happened he shouted at me and told me to fuck off and fucking shame on me that i fucking stalled the bike in front of him due to hard braking at 3rd gear so i said to myself i'm so FUCKED!!!!

but instead none of the officers came over and got me and they just watched me started my bike again and FUCKED off........

i'm really surprised with the outcome............

i don't know what to say....i don't know if this is luck or what..............anyway i'm still in shock!!!!

HP, you say you misread a traffic light - are you colourblind?

You say you rode after drinking - are you serious??

Are you sure riding a bike is for you? :?

that's exactly what i have been thinking about, is riding a bike a mean of transport or for lesisury, and after this week i fully realised that i dont' liek riding a bike as a mean of transport.

in fact i don't need to ride my bike to do anything , i don't need it to get me to work as i get dropped off and picked up from the city by a car.

i don't need my bike to go to the milk bar as we store more than enough junk foods at home.

i just enjoy weekend riding where i had no pressure from the traffics and just enjoy riding.

i misread the light because before the lights there was another set of traffic lights about 30 metres after the ones i meant to look at. i'm not colour blind but just reading the wrong thing

with the drinking - i didint' have a chance i needed to socialised with the group i'm working with and hence i drank. and i had to ride to work today because i knew i had to go to morrabin during lunch hour.

none of these worried me much as now i know what i wana get out of my bike and i'm off P in 2 weeks, but the breath test thing just shocked me so bad.

Hey HP ain't life f*rkn great. Sometimes you can get a break that you probably shouldn'ta.

BTW ..how do you skid INTO a breathtest and get away scott free. Then execute a perfect "sorry have a SECOND look at me" STALL :( only to get the sage advice "fcuk off you idiot"... I love it when cops turn human like that, they're OK.

Everybody makes 'em and all I say is ..Have a think about next time (but you probably already worked that out).
Just one more law and everyone will be safe.

fuck off you idiot was shouted at me whilst i was skidding pass the breath test entrance and the police officer who had the lighting pole in his hand, and as i passed everything at where the exit point of the breath test was i stalled the bike and i looked around and all the officers were looking at me and i went blank for about 3 seconds thinking if i should go back or what?

then they just looked at me did nothing as i 3 gears down and started my bike again and fucked off.

seriously i found nothing funny about it nor interesting.

i take this very seriously too. first i could've been killed at the first incident, 2nd i could've been fined til broke and lost my license for 6 months

i think i'll stick with the spur, GOR and the track...................
