Molotov cocktails on the menu? Great news but am with Madkaw here, they will probably get notihng more than a slap on the wrist and if they're <16 then they won't even get that...

Incidentally Dave, did you read on the news they are well on the way to creating mad cow resistant cows? :)

Anyone retarded enough to steal a bike then leave it in an open garage down the road is probably in and out of the local cop shop every few weeks.
Would already be out and breaking into someones house tonight. :?

Glad you got your bike back.... I was once lucky enough to get a stolen bike back..... The bike was somewhat beaten up... but the worst thing was the fact that they totally raped my ignition....

In any case..... I share the same view as Aardvark, these guys will probably get some lame punishment... probably 2 weeks of public service which they wont do.... I feel really bad for the police who have to arrest these guys time and time again, must be frustrating...

The best part of all this is you know where they live. All you have to do is give the right people (or is that the wrong people) a call the next time you're heading interstate.

Well, they already stole the bike from his house, so they know where he lives.....

It's hard in these type of circumstances to prove that they actually stole the bike. Sure, it's in their possession, but they'll probably claim they got it from someone else.

The worst they'll get nicked for is unlawful possession (or a similar offence over there) and then get the old slap on the wrist from the courts.

Unless the cops found prints at your house when the bike was stolen?

as aardvark said the baddies know where he lives too...

i would want to go around there and kick the shit out of them knowing where they live but the fact is they know exactly where to go for retaliation.

Now when you are moving house out of the area. thats when you go stomp some fucking heads in.

the insult is that even if they go to court and are found guilty they still wont have to pay for the damage they have done to your bike. so either way you are out of money. This sort of shit really pisses me off.
