FDO or Falx Day Off
FDO or Falx Day Off
Had today off and decided to do a run around the lower Tablelands. No video or action shots as it was only me. But I stopped at some of the more interesting bits and took a snap.

falx - you live in the promise land thats for sure.
i was up there recently on a weekend (in a car) i did the road from cairns up to mareeba.
the road from cairns to mosman, then back way from mosman up to mareeba then gilles back to cairns. i love it up there
the roads up there are amazing. good quality surface, more corners than you can poke a stick at and fantastic scenery.
the whole time i was there i was wishing i had the bike. saw a few guys out and i was jealous as hell...
your a lucky devil

LOL, I haven't washed it yet, want me to post a pic of the bug guts and rain spray.
Was about 400km all up and I just came home, showered, ate, posted and went to bed. Was up again at 03:30 am and at work at 04:20.

Great photo's falx!
My mates and I sneek up there whenever we get a chance!
Normally we head to Mission and stay a night, then head up the Palmerston, down and back up the Gillies, down Kuranda, along the Captain Cook, up the Rex and back to Yungaburra for the night!
I'm sure the 6R is the perfect weapon for the Gillies.
Cheers,
Pete
