well that's whats about to happen in that pic.... Oh and if that was even remotely near anywhere i was riding, i'd honestly say stuff the whole legal issue, i'd have a gun holster on my bike, and my waist, and my ankle......

then again im nut sure if i'd be stupid enough to be near there on a bike.
