Has this ever happened to you

Post by Duane »

This is strange.

During one of my fortnightly searching of bike related sale sites for trackbikes (so i know what is what, and going prices)

I stumbled accross this

http://www.bikesales.com.au/as/search/a ... ID=2235904

Now, some might say this is just a honda!! however

This was my first ever motorcycle (the exact one)!!!

Only thing thats changed from when i sold it, is that the dints and scratches I put on it (avoiding a car on a round about, inexperience)

He put bullet hole stickers on them!!

Just gave me this sorta weird, yet strangly satisfying feeling to know the ol' gal's still kicking despite the ammount of sh!t i put her through for nearly two years.

My First bike was a 1974 Honda CB400 four in red. I sold it to a guy in my home town, who sold it on and then it was sold on about 20 times and it still lives!! I saw it three years ago on a visit to my home town. Still in pretty good nick, and still got the same pipe I put on it!!! :)
