bah, the speckle is from the software "resize", it did a direct resize without averaging out the pixels to create a smooth resize. Any possible mod to fix that in the tubes aardy?

Kind of, but it's a pain in the arse. Much easier to just find decent images of this shitty bike.

My apologies to all and sundry for the quality of my V Max Pics. They were taken with a mobile phone and then e mailed to me. :( But I figured that any pics would be better than none.

A mate of mine has a Vmax, and is daring enough to let me ride it from time to time. Man they are quick! I had wheelspin in a straight line through 3rd gear, and kept slipping back on the seat coz of the power. He has these aftermarket bars on it and they are a bit of a reach for me, but apart from that it is a great comfy cruizer with an awsome sound and heaps of power. It hits 200+ quicker than you realize, but yeah it don't handle or brake real good. HEAPS of fun though. I love it!

I owned the predecessor to the VMax, called the FZX750. Same styling, '87 FZ750 motor in it. You could push it through the twisties OK, but the pegs ground out way too low. Saw a VMAX street fighter that had an R1 front end, 17" wheel front & read (as opposed to standard 16 front 15 rear), 1400big bore, high lift cams, big bucket valves and nitros. Was all gold and get 350 ponies at the rear wheel.

07 ZX10R since new, tracky TBA, KX450F, 87 CR250 restoration, GT MTB - I've got serious thrill issues, dude

i'd rather a Rocket 3, even if they have 2 pipes on one side and 1 on the other.

a 240 rear tyre screams tough!!!

and once de-restricted throught the ecu and baffles removed, lookout world!!!!!!!!!!!!
