Umm I dont even have knee sliders... does one need them to gain this "street cred" and if so why didnt I just go and buy an Aprilia 125 so I could sweat in my gear while posing at a cafe'.

Oh thats right; I wanted to ride my bike whenever I like. :D

(no offence intended if you have and need knee sliders; I aint got that much skill and few places where I wouldnt smack the back of a slow vehicle if I tried to go through corners that fast. I also have no street cred :P )

I've been told if i fall off in em again they will become very unreliable.

I've never got knee down on the road before, knee down on some winding country road is too much commitment for my taste. But I'd never ride without full leathers anyhoo.
