I used to say that 40 was old, and there's no way you'd go there.... but then Elle turned 40. Every year I have to add another year to my maximum age limit..... just in case Elle ever says yes.Strika wrote:But I have more chance of nailing Elle McPherson than that!

Hope your old man's OK Dave. If it's any consolation a mate of mine had a big bastard bypass a couple of years back, was out of hospital in a week and once he got over the pain of the Op felt about 10 years younger.
Nath, I'm up for a catchup in between Chrissy and New Year. We go away on the 30th I think but I'm off unitl then.

I already got a new pushie, coz I got it for myslef when I got the kids their P K Ripper BMXs. Now I've spent the money it turns out my Hon..Hon...Hon thingie isn't too well, so I'm hanging for a new Kwak. I dropped the hint for a blue 07 ZX10R, but it fell on deaf ears - and I think it went the same way for a blue 06 ZX6R

Thanks to those who sent well wishes for my Dad. He was operated on yesterday and it was a marathon, about 5 or 6 hours of surgery.Glen wrote:Hope your old man's OK Dave. It seemed there was further problems than the 4 bypasses and they found the main artery into his heart was clogged with calcium. They had to remove his heart and stop it beating to repair it.
Anyway, it appears to have been succesful and he is recovering well. We spoke to him this morning and by all info, will have a full recovery..
These doctors can do some amazing things...
So looks like I got my Christmas present as he will be up and about by then..
Sorry to hijack, its just a great relief....
