good service ... Kaneg

Just wanted to plug the service from Pete & Joy at Kaneg, ordered a rear stand and spools for the sons R1, turn around time .... 5 days from deposit to receipt of goods ......... the ducks guts

so good I'm now gunna order the front stand to go with it.... the perfic Chrissie present.

I will second that......

I ordered a rear stand from them. it arrived on time...... when i went to put it together I noticed there was a bolt missing..... Sent them an email, got a response within an hour and had a new bolt the next day......

2 months later I found the missing bolt at my work........ (it must have fallen out of the corner of the box when it was being stored at my work)

They've been good to me also. Got front stand and warmers, both good quality and delivery was prompt both times.

I'll jump on this one as well. Ordered front head and rear stand and warmers from them on the thursday night (late) and it was at my post office by monday. It took me longer to get to pick them up then it did for them to be sent.

The service is absolutely excellent, they even replied to my emails at 11pm.
