That is because SWANN is shafting you mate....... I was with them for 4 years, at the end of it I had a rating of 4!!!!!!!!! This means that when I went shopping at other insurance agencies I got SHIT prices..... WQBE gave me a rating one when I explained what swann was doing.... I have not had a single claim in the 4 years I was with Swann, I should have a rating 1.... Dirty Swann fcers...

Clever of swann to give people low enough rates that when combined with their unusually high rating number they stay with them....

I was on rating 5 when I started with them last year and they move me up to rating 4 this year, sounds logical to me.
Don't you check before you pay every year?
