Phark.......I can hear Gary Glitter's

"Do you wanna be in my gang"" running through my head
I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.

just start a 1%er club and be done with it.

you wont need to worry about any rules or regulations then.
if someone crashes and wants to sue you can just beat the shit out of them.
You wont need to collect membership fees cause you will funding the gang via crime.

Also for a patch you should just take bits from over gangs patches that you like and merge them together to create your own.
apparantly there is cruiser gang up here in sydney who has done this as well - maybe email them for advice on how to do it...

other things to consider are initiation processes. you cant just have people signing up with out some kind of hazing period... maybe a good bashing will sort the men from the boys or some stupid task like eating a raw chicken.

anyway good luck with setting up your group - im just taking the piss obviously about the 1%er thing.

oh and dont go stealing patches cause that cruiser gang i mentioned are heading for some real troubles for "trademark infringment"

me and my mates tried this caper back in the early 80's, we had a patch and everything  , we called ourselves *The Vikings MC*, and no-one was gonna fuck with *Us* .................until the local Reb boss got wind of it, and that was the end of that

Roc - registered clubs are a pain in the arse. You have to be incorporated, which means fees and membership dues, you need to have a full constitution, office bearers etc etc, there is a *hell* of a lot of work involved mate - if you feel you have enough free time, then knock yourself out, and start the *Upper Kickatinalong Tourers Club* or whatever, and prepare yourself for lots and lots of unpaid work.... :?

I was the Secretary of the local Z Owners club here a number of years ago, helped get the whole thing off the ground, and jesus H, its a lot of work if you wanna do it properly............

Post a Ride Day on the forum, and be done with it - way easier and no lawsuits.........
