Well thanks for all your input guys, but as mentioned above im happy with the outcome, yes i know ive been assraped but the thing is its all finished now, its been going on since March and to tell you the truth ive totally had enough of it...and so has my wallet and that only with a solicitor, if i was going to continue fighting it i would of got a barristor which is about $1500 a hearing and i say Fuck that!!!
No matter what happened the judge had his mind set on giveing me a very harsh sentence, for 1) My driving record isnt the best i was a dickhead when i had my p's in the car so im paying for that now (dam i should of lisen to my old lady) 2) The courts around here are really cracking down on people being caught speeding cause of all the P platers wrapping themself around telegraph poles etc...
Another reason why im happy with the result is that since my case has started ive been keeping an eye on the papers reading and keep any court results from similar chargers and about 3/4's of the ones i saw the poor buggers got sent to gaol and up to 5 yrs loss of licence,plus some of these guys didnt do anything as bad as me, so im very lucky that i only got 2 months HD and 2yrs loss of licence (which i only have 18months left). The dyno read did help me stay out of gaol as it proved i didnt do that speed but it did show i was capable of doing well over the limit and thats what i why i was stil ass raped...
but anyway like i said above thanks for all your input and help guys means alot
and dont worry ill see you's on the road again one day donw the track when im riding a new black beauty
