Problem with this stuff is........

Post by Slow and wobbly »

12 months ago I fitted a similar cap from Aus Streetfighter, oberon brand. Essentialy it is a quality piece of aluminium and as far as bling goes well it is better looking than the oem black plastic. But.......... The aluminium Bling Bling ones are heavier and as such cause greater movement through vibration which eventualy caused the bracket that supports the front brake reservoir on my bike to fatigue and fail. This left me last weekend up in Toolangi with a reservoir hanging somewhat flacidly from the right hand bars. A little bit of bush mechanics and it was sorted, but still this is a nuiscence and could also be potentialy hazardous. I will take some photos later to show Y'all, but right now dinner is ready.
I got a sweater for my birthday. I realy wanted a moaner or a screamer.

Yep finally got round to takin a few happy snaps of the six.

I just got it back from the mechanics and gave it a wash just had to show it off.

Since the brake resivoir thing ive done a few little mods.

Painted the screen black
Got chrome bar ends
Polished the heel guards
Cut my rear fender down a bit
And got the rim stickers.

still needs a slip on but, soon hopefully.
