Well here it is so far. After trying to track down what i wanted, but finding out that nobody does them there is only one way of doing it, Make the bloody thing yourself.
The item in question is a hard tail cover to replace the pillion seat on the ZX7R. The look i wanted was the race look, but retaining the under seat storage(great for locks, drinks ect). Thanks to Greenblood for the use of the race tail to make the first casting off. After the first "Dummy" was made i found out that the Race tail is about 20mm wider than the road tail, so after a lot of cutting and filling the dummy is almost complete(still more sanding). If anyone out there onts one let me know as i don't know cost ect as yet but i don't think it will be that much (maybe $70). What i will do is make some up and sell them as i make them as time is something i wish i had more of, so if interested pm me i will let you know.

Good job. I've been after one for ages. It's probably a bit late to tell you now but you'll find them at: http://amcmotorcycles.com/

The cover I had just clipped (literally 4 tabs you bent over) went over the back 4/5 of the pillion seat leaving the front butt up against your bum bit out. As you would already know it was basically two folds to a bit of f'glass but there was lip around the front that made the pillion seat (front) look like it was a bum pad. This is the best pic I had.
Great idea and looks like a good job you have there, make sure to post pics when completed pls.
