fairing for 99 zx6r

Come of my bike the other day and I need a new left and front fairing will a 96/97 year fairing fit to a 98/99 year??

No, it won't. The two are completely different bikes.

Cheers, didnt think so myself but found some fairings on ebay saying it will fit 96-98 but maybe I read it wrong.

Hi all, Im still looking for a front upper fairing(front nose bit that also holds the windsceen). It has shattered around the windscreen bit so it would be hard to plastic weld as Im missing bits. Ive rang about six wreckers in melbourne and none have any so I might be looking at having to buy a new one for the price of , you ready for it , $950 :shock: I guess it is painted.
I was hopping if any body knows if I can get an after market one some were or where else I could find one in Aus or even better Melbourne.Un painted is fine.

look at http://www.airtech-streamlining.com/kaw ... 998-99.htm given its $197US and the aussie dollar is 77 us cents, thats $255 plus shipping. Add in an extra 70 for shipping (at a guess), you'll be looking at under 500 including painting :-).

just found a second hand top fairing hello2.gif . needs a paint job but thats ok as ive got a mate whos a panle beater and can spray it for me. :D Im so bloody wraped in finding this. WAAAhooooeeee! :cheesy:
