They still raised 1.7 Mil. NOt a bad effort. $2 of that was mine. I did not go the meal as the coke only distracts from the taste of beer.

Atleast they do it!

Duane your kind offer to have a much hated big mac meal did nothing!! Think of the children dude.
I got a wrist band so my donation counts, then i went next door to red rooster for some real food to eat while i put my wrist band on!

They need money all the time - SenNey go to maccas on smith street in collingwood they have little things in the drive through you can chuck your money in to donate to ronald mcdonald house, i chuck my change in everytime i go there.

I do the same thing, they have them at the counter and in drive through.

Yes they need the money, i didn't say they didn't.
But if people were aware a meal didn't make a donation, more would buy a burger on it's own.
Therefore they would help more out...

I was just curious about this as I thougt it ALL went as a donation so I emailed them and sure enough,,,, even ppl that work and Macca's have no idea :?

this is the email I got back....

Thank you for your email.

Yes $1 from every Big Mac sale, including value meals, is donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities on McHappy Day.

Kind regards
