Shit, Mickdundee has to be first in line for someone who is giving bikes out willy nilly!! no car and no bike!! poor bugger!
Dundee has a bike again. Tones fixed it for him and it's all up and rocking again
I agree though in the year I have been a member I have never met her so if I had a cheap bike it would be going to someone mre so that I knew too :D

I was wondering if anyone had an old shitter laying around that we could buy for a couple of hundred to help Es, but it seems there are some morons out there that would rather kick someone when they are down? I know not all Kawasaki owners are such heartless bastards.

I'm not kicking, I just dont believe this thread is going to do any good for getting eswen back on the road, perhaps you should put something on Netrider for her, where people actually know her and she has friends there?

Rather than asking a bunch of people that hardly know her.

Personally I live by the "if you can't afford to insure it, dont have it" when it comes to bike, I had to sell my pride and joy because of that.

Not all kawasaki riders are heartless buggers, but I suppose you can mark me down as one.

No offence to you beautiful, but WTF would someone knock of a GPX unless it was someone tanked wanting to get a ride home
after spending the night on the piss? :?

So which one of you KSRC pisspot cunts was it?
Im assuming it was some drunk kids walking home from the pub or something. Im just glad they didnt drop mats bike down the driveway and smash that too.

At least I dont owe any money on it. both my other flat mates have loans on their bikes. I saved for over a year to buy mine with cash.

In regard to deans dickheaded behaviour towards KSRCians, I was never charged, taken into custody, or anything else. If I had scored a grand you think i wouldnt have spent it on repairs, gear, food, rent... something???
If anyone (ie. people who were directly involved) want to see a copy of my police statment (I contacted them as soon as i found out and asked if i could make one) send me a pm and ill fax it to you.

Thanks to those from this forum who called me to wish me the best, I only posted here for you guys

If she dont earn enough money, get another job!
Duane r u in Mina's lynching party :?:  Oh I am without a bike now too can you also throw one my way  I will take a ZX6R thanks has to be green so I can use my plates
Must be, because i'm the lynching kinda guy.. Shit, I've got a morgage, a sick dog and a broken car, someone quick, can someone give me a zx10r in black please???

Shit, Mickdundee has to be first in line for someone who is giving bikes out willy nilly!! no car and no bike!! poor bugger!

This is all a bit of a over reaction (storm in a teacup IMO). Eswen doesnt post here unless she needs something, like a new housemate or someone to find her bike, I would probably feel more inclined to offer help if she was a participating member who contributed something.

Anyways, I've thrown my rocks. I'm going to hide behind mina in the shade and catch some zzz's
Hey fella, Es does not have a bike, she does not have a car, she is only young (what's your excuse) and has taken a traineeship (that pays absolutly nothing) to try and get some certificate to progress to something better. She cannot always get to a computer to post here so blame her for not being a regular.

I'm prepared to offer free mechanical & roadrace tuition to anyone that offers to help. I've been a mechanic for 30 years and am an A grade roadracer; you could get back a lot more than you tip in.

considering I dont have a bike myself at the moment (thanks to an excel) I dont need any mechanical tutoring or riding skills.

I too was once a trainee and had to live it a bit tough, you deal with it. However, if money is a big concern you can always get paid more to do something else!

I know you're just trying to help a mate out, but as I said, you're not going to have much luck here! maybe one or two bites, but Eswen is a netrider, wouldnt you get more offers for assistance through that group?

I think you are missing the WHOLE point here Johnny, as I said I have never met Eswen and I go to most KRSC functions and wouldn't know her from a bar of soap. Mina and others in this forum I understand have a history with Eswen and obviously not a good one. We are all entitled to an opinion and it's true I have only ever seen her post in here when she was looking for a flat mate and now her bike has been stolen. Reality is that if we did have a cheap bike for sale it would be in the for sale section. As for kicking someone when there down I know I was having a joke and you will find that they are common things in here. Agree no it's not nice to have anything at all stolen.
Eswen does post a bit in other forum's so using not having a PC is a poor excuse really.
I was a single mother and doing TAFE and not working YET I managed to get myself a bike that I could pay for insurance on. If my bike got damaged my problem but if I took someone's else's down with me I would like to know they would be covered as well..

actually lanie you have met me a couple of times.

I stopped posting here because no matter what i posted i got flamed... why bother? I actually have an alis on here and have several hundred posts under that belt...

I had third party but no one would insure me for theft and full comp was worth more than the bike.

I dont have a car licence, this was my only form of transport. I just spent all my savings on a new bond. I was working two jobs but im studying full time as well so was finding it really hard, so i quit one. Im looking for a second job again now.

Well, I think the original post was just to ask people to be on the look out for the stolen bike but some decided to start slinging shit, I just thought I'd see if anyone might have an old bike that they'd like to unload and defend a friend. Anyway, one or two bites might be enough and deeply appreciated.

What's up with you, are you on a Netrider recuiting drive?

If you had kept posting perhaps the flaming might have died?

No one would insure full comp on a gpx 250 - buuuulllsheeit!!!

I'm sorry to hear of your financial difficulties, but we all struggle one way or another.

However, there is such a thing called public transport if you really need to get around..

I'm all willing to donate for someone who lost their legs, while saving a kitten attached to a baby stuck in a tree, hanging off a back of a truck which hit a bridge and caught on fire.

But a struggling uni student who's bikes been stolen ?

seriously I hope your mates can organise something for you I know what having no wheels can do to you/make you feel, I just dont think it's going to happen from this thread on ksrc!!

Well not that I can recall sorry, I know that when we done a ride into spring street u come in front of me and said you where Eswen but with a helmet on as I said I wouldn't know you from a bar of soap. Apart from that I have no idea where I have seen you :? :? Either way I am not one to judge someone without me meeting them etc my point was that I was having a joke. Yeah not nice to have things taken from us.
