Bit of both.

Weekdays for the commute it's a leather jacket and Draggins.
Weekends for fun it's the 2-piece.

Outfit doesn't change depending on the weather... but if it's bucketing down I'll put on a rainsuit. No such thing as too hot for the right gear! :P

(almost) always full leathers
AGV Sports and two piece Texports, but have Draggins and a ol brando.
Textile wet weather gear (that goes OVER the leathers)

NEVER shorts and joggers
Just because you CAN ride, doesn't mean you SHOULD

As a POM who moved here 2 years ago to Melbourne - Pin back ya lug 'oles

Bring as much as ya can.........sweaters too, anything here that resembles winter warmth costs an arm and a leg, and not just m/c gear, good tools are very expensive and if you're a tradesman bring some quality overalls with you, again pricey here, treat the missis to some new underwear as the quality here is not as good unless you want to get a second mortgage (trip to Marks and Sparks ) so load up your container with as much as ya can.
Watch the bastards when they load the container, we had to leave before they finished and half of our bleeding stuff has disappeared and the insurance isn't worth the paper it's written on !
If you want to know anything else there's a few expats on here to help

And before you whinging Aussies start.............Yes it's still worth the move
I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.

I've just been shopping for my new gear. Ended up with a textile jacket, because it fits best (and was cheaper) and leather pants, because they were only another $80. Oh, and a pair of nice Italian boots.
