I have seen this before... The road reminds me of the Mine Cart Ride at Dreamworld...

it was taken about 6000-7000ft up a mountain near a small village called 'Les Cabannes' in the Pyrennees mountains in France.

absolutely amazing roads up, hairpin bends every corner :D

half way up my mate got his knee down on his ducati 748 quickly followed by his shoulder, head and the bike :shock: he was ok and the bike weren't too bad though, so we continuied onto the top.
