Scar?

Mine was a hamstring graft. They harvested that through an opening not much bigger than an arthroscope slit.

Mind you, the sensation of having ~20cm of plastic tubing yanked out of the knee joint cavity when they removed the post-op drain was something *else*. I don't imagine an alien anal probe feeling much different.
