My name's Rob and I'm Red_Dave's half uncle's brother's friend's mate twice removed... or simply his missus' cousin. I've been talking about buying a bike for a LONG time and finally pulled my finger out and did it.
I dragged Dave, the poor bastard, around to half the bike dealers in Sydney and made him test ride things that he has sworn me "never to speak of again" (but you get that when you're family). Anyway, last weekend we hit pay-dirt and found a very tidy ER-5. I think I'd owned it barely 30 minutes before it had a KSRC sticker slapped on it by the sneaky bugger, so here I am!
"Gonzo" is an ode to the muppet who is blue with a funny nose, kind of like my ER which is also blue with a funny nose...
Hopefully I'll get to meet some of you once I find my feet and can tag along on a ride.
