You guys have got it all wrong...

Neka came to me and we designed this lightweight lithium polymer battery pack that he gaffa tapes to his scrote... It sends 24 volt pulse power spikes to the general area at regular intervals during the day...

It'ds also got an accessory plug for his vibrators etc...
