Is it just excessive speed more than 45 over?

If you are facing multiple charges the prosecution may drop a charge or 2.

I hope you get a judge who doesn't have a pet hate against speeding motorcyclists.
The judge should be following the letter of the law, that is what laywers are for, to make sure they do....

Mate when you go to court for sure the judge is following the law but there are minimum and maximum penalties that they can apply(up to his or her discretion the level of penalty).
They look at the facts of the case/police report(which in my case wasn't too favourable) then decide on the level of penalty they deem appropriate.

I was just curious about the charges faced because that will determine the range of penalties they can hand out.

I'll ask Sara to bake a cake with a file in it, although the cake would do.

good luck with it, we're all behind you albeit not literally, be wary of Neka too if he gets behind you...
A good mate will bail you out of jail, a true mate will be sitting in the cell next to you saying "Damn, we fucked up!!!"
