ZX6R tops U.K. YTD registrations

Just perusing the UK August registration figures. The ZX-6R is topping the YTD chart.

Most likely a ZX-6R. Just waiting to see if the 07 model is as good as it sounds on paper.

Why dont you look at an 06, they are going for crazy prices at the moment. I heard like 13G's on road - dont know if it's right - ask Damon.

When i was at Aitkins they are still charging full wack for theirs :( . If all the other dealers have droped thier prices these guys are missing sales. Both 6 and the 10 same price but the 1400 is only $100 more then the 10 8) just under 20K.

Yeah, I'll keep an eye on the '06 prices. Sounds like one would make a good Xmas present (to myself) :D

is that state for the entire UK ??? if so only 1.6xx 6R's ?? where are the rest of them!

They are selling plenty of GSXRs over there.

~60 million people in the UK, and they bought 1600-odd ZX6's in eight months, which equates to ~200 bikes being bought per month.
~20 million people in Australia, and, according to the latest available figures, they bought 182 ZX6's in six months. That equates to ~30 bikes per month.

So, there are three times as many Poms as Aussies, but they buy more than six times as many ZX6's. That means they buy twice as many ZX6's per capita as Australians do...
